Stevia: Good or Bad?

While researching agave and suitable alternatives to it, our family decided to keep stevia in stock at home.  However, it’s not as easy as walking down the grocery aisle and picking up a bottle.  Many brands have additives that are highly questionable and far from natural.  The safest bet seems to be a few homegrown stevia leaves in your tea or a simple homemade extract.  If that’s not your thing, read this article to learn more about what to look for in your stevia purchase.
